Il 1956 è stato l’unico anno in cui il modello Les Paul™ è stato dotato dei potenti pickup P-90 e della configurazione regolabile del ponte ABR-1, una combinazione che gli ha permesso di suonare, generare sustain ed emozionare come mai prima. Questa Gibson Custom Shop ’56 Reissue cattura l’aspetto, la sensazione e il suono bruciante di una Les Paul Goldtop originale del 1956 in modo esaustivo. Il legno è massello, la vernice dorata è precisa e vintage, le parti sono autentiche, i tasti Historic stretti e alti e la costruzione con colla animale. Inoltre, è caratterizzata dalla finitura Ultra Light Aged degli abili artigiani del Murphy Lab. Il trattamento di finitura Ultra Light Aged del Murphy Lab, abbinato a un hardware leggermente invecchiato, simula decenni di leggera usura, conferendo il carattere, l’atmosfera e la sensazione unici di un esemplare originale dell’epoca d’oro di Gibson.

To celebrate 70 years of the Stratocaster®the platinum anniversary of the worlds greatest electric guitarthe Fender Custom Shop introduces the Limited Edition Fat 54 Stratocaster® Relic®. Its two-piece select ash body resonates with singing highs, sweet midrange and tight lows, clad in a ravishing Relic® lacquer finish in Wide Fade Two-Color Sunburst, Aged White Blonde, Aged Black and Super-Faded Aged Surf Green, and featuring slightly oxidized Closet Classic hardware for an authentically worn-in look.
Its one-piece quartersawn maple neck is fashioned with a special 70th anniversary Soft ”V” profile based on an incredible Strat® neck from July 1954, topped by a 9.5”-radius fingerboard with 21 narrow tall (6105) frets and a 1.625” bone nut. Invece in un corpo in mogano massello, la Les Pual Custom 1968 ha un top in 2 pezzi di acero massello sopra un back in mogano, aggiungendo chiarezza e spinta ideale per i chitarristi rock. Un’altra differenza è la paletta con un angolo di 14gradi per ridurre la tensione delle corde. Il Custom Shop Gibson ne riproduce fedelmente la leggenda in ogni piccolo dettaglio.

In 2024the 70th anniversary year of the Stratocaster®the Fender Custom Shop introduces a model that captures the look and tone of a Strat® from an especially distinctive and sought-after era: the Limited Edition 1964 L-Series Stratocaster®. Its two-piece select alder body wears a Heavy Relic® lacquer finish that beautifully imparts the look and feel of a mid-60s Strat® that has endured decades of heavy wear and tear, in Three-Color Sunburst, Aged Daphne Blue, Aged Olympic White and Aged Sage Metallic Green. Its rift-sawn maple neck is fashioned with a comfortably easy-playing 1963-style ”C”-shaped profile, topped by a round-lam rosewood fingerboard with a compound radius (7.25” to 9.5”) 21 medium vintage (47095) frets and a bone nut. Classic Strat® tone of that period comes from three Custom Shop hand-wound 64 Stratocaster® pickups (reverse-wound/reverse-polarity middle pickup for hum cancellation in switch positions 2 and 4) that deliver clear highs, well-balanced mids and tight lows, routed through five way switching and Vintage Modified #2 wiring with the Tone-Saver bleed circuit, which eliminates tone loss when volume is turned down. Other premium features include a three-ply mint green pickguard, Custom Shop vintage synchronized tremolo bridge, vintage-style tuners, wing string tree with tall metal spacer, deluxe hardshell case, strap and certificate of authenticity.
