The battery box replaces an existing battery box on Taylor guitars featuring any of the following onboard pickups with a 9V battery: Expression System® 1 or 2, ES-T, or ES-N. In addition to tracking the guitar’s condition, TaylorSense uses low-energy Bluetooth to send your guitar’s data to the free TaylorSense Mobile App – available for both iOS and Android devices – which sends push notification alerts when the guitar needs care. The timely alerts include links to easy-to-follow videos created by Taylor’s experts that show you how to solve problems when they arise.

The TaylorSense Mobile App is compatible with most iOS and Android mobile devices and operating system versions. The Taylor truss rod wrench is a handy tool for making minor adjustments to relief in your the neck of your Taylor acoustic guitar. Use it to compensate for a change to heavier or lighter strings, or to dial in the right feel for your playing style. Features a nut driver on one end and a handy Phillips screwdriver on the other. Please note that the Nylon version is specifically designed to make adjustments to our older nylon-string models with truss rods that are accessed through the soundhole instead of at the peghead.
